Black Friday Deals order delays

Dear Machineguners,

Many of you participated to our Black Friday Deals operation, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

So many that our website servers go down from Friday evening to Saturday for several hours (we don't thank you for that though... ).

As you can imagine, we have a lot of orders to ship, much more than we had anticipated. Know that our entire team is mobilized since Monday morning in order to ship packages as quickly as possible. Some of the team not even part of the shipping staff came to give a hand.

To be completely honnest with you, despite our best efforts, we still have orders from last Friday to send! Which gives you an idea of ??the number of packages we have to do...

We are doing our best to ship as quickly as possible, however, we are counting on your understanding regarding shipping delays which will be indefinitely extended, especially for orders placed from Saturday noon.

It is useless to send us messages concerning this specific case, we process the orders in date order, and we are all mobilized so that it leaves as quickly as possible, but within the limits of our means.

Thank you again to all of you for being so many to participate in this event and for trusting us!

Then, I leave you, for once, even the Community Manager is requisitioned to go and give a hand to our shipping staff!
